Philip is the founder and Managing Partner of Hollycroft Associates, a management and technical consultancy company specialising in satellite communications. After 12-years working at Eutelsat in Paris, Philip returned to the UK and led the start-up of three UK subsidiaries of foreign companies - GE Americom, NEWskies Satellites, and TV Files. He set out on his own and formed Hollycroft Associates at the beginning of 2001. Philip has a 1st Class Honours degree in Physics and Math from Reading University, UK.

Paul McGhee founded angli, an award-winning electronics product development company in Cambridge , England in 2003. Previously, he spent 20 years in satellite television distribution and satellite communications, helping global companies such as News International (Sky), NBC, GE Americom and New Skies to create and market international businesses. Paul has a Degree in English Literature from Oxford University and continues to study Anglo-Saxon history.
